I.Hydrogen production 
The main objectives of the program
To develop the scientific basis for new technologies to produce hydrogen 
primarily those based on the use of renewable 
energy, organic waste, substandard solid fuel;
  entirely new photoelectrochemical cell and 
high-temperature thermo-chemical reactor for hydrogen production from 
the use of concentrated sunlight; 
 develop new 
highly effective catalysts for hydrogen production from substandard 
solid fuels and various organic wastes; 
 create new technologies 
electrolysis of water to offer engineering solutions for new 
advanced electrolyzers that can be paired with 
wind power plants;
  explore the feasibility of 
closed cycle hydrogen production involving energy accumulating 
substances.
