Develop of the basis of combined technology for hydrogen obtaining by metal-vapor method and the synthesis of tungsten oxides by recycling industrial waste with using solar energyTest reactor for hydrogen production by steam iron on helioustanovtsi SGU-7
Probable use of developed technology in the solar-hydrogen energy, machine profile companies, special steel metallurgy and others where they can accumulate the containing tungsten waste.
Developed a complex manufacturing process of thermal processing of industrial waste containing tungsten, which involves obtaining individually hydrogen, hydrogen and tungsten oxides and metallic W or carbide WC using metal-vapor method and heating in the solar furnaces.
According to the research of Japanese scientists, tungsten has a much more reactive to oxidation by water steam and recovery compared to most metals, which have passed the test in the redox cycles of hydrogen, but the limiting factors of its use are the high value and strategic importance of the metal. New technological approaches, the use of waste instead of pure metals and the "sterility" of radiant heating give reason to expect high levels of performance and quality of hydrogen and of tungsten waste recycling products.
The use of tungsten waste and solar energy for heating, the possibility of obtaining individually hydrogen or solid products of thermal processing, including a one-time use of waste can make the complex technology that is offered, economically viable, despite the high value and strategic importance of tungsten.
