Abstract

New high porous corrosion-resistant materials from alloyed steel fibers have been obtained on base porous material made by pressing and sintering of fibers of steel St. 10. Thematerials obtained by thermal diffusion saturation of base fiber material with chromium(4.8-7.1 mass%) and nickel (2.1-2.4 mass%) had at porosity 60-90% in 2-6 times highervalues of yield strength in comparison with a base material. The materials received by electrochemical coating of base fiber material with a eutectic composition Ni-Ni3В and liquidphase sintering at temperature 1120 °C contained 3.5-14.0 mass% of nickel had at porosity60-90% in 2-3 times higher values of yield strength in comparison with a base material.
