Abstract

Comparative studies of composite materials (CM) structures on copper and VI-metal group based by electron-beam evaporation-condensation making were carried out. The character of phase formation in the systems of copper-chromium, copper- molybdenum, copper-tungsten under no equilibrium conditions of high velocity evaporation-condensation is derived. The structural defects due to thick condensate technology, and particularly their effect on the mechanical properties of the investigated composites has been studied.
