Abstract

Results of computer modeling with molecular dynamics method are presented for frictions in systems а-SiC/a-SiC, a-SiC/c-C, nc-SiC/c-C and c-Si/c-C in dependency of temperature and intensity of frictional surfaces snuggling. There are found formation of specific microstructure of frictional surfaces.
