Abstract

The phase composition and structure of the surface OT4 layers subjected to laser treatment in the initial state and after doping of C, B, and Nb were studied. It is shown that the presence of carbides and borides of titanium in the surface layer increases the microhardness of the treated layer. X-ray structural analysis of the layers was performed, phase composition was determined. Full text download
