Abstract

The effect of the thermal treatment temperature, of the initial nanocrystalline powder (% (mol)) of 92,5ZrO2—2,5Y2O3—5CeO2 on the accelerated “aging” of the sintered composites of the ZrO2—Y2O3—CeO2 system was investigated. It was determined that the phase composition of composites was influenced by the degree of completeness of the F-ZrO2 → T-ZrO2 phase transformation in the powders: M-ZrO2 increases in samples that are on the temperature boundaries of the phase transformation of F-ZrO2 → T-ZrO2.
