Abstract

In the present work the possibility of preparation of composites based on copolymer hydrogels of acrylamide and acrylonitrile containing 20 and 50% (wt.) hydroxyapatite and glass ceramics powders has been investigated. The additive and apparent density and porosity for the prepared composites have been determined. Mechanical behaviour and properties in vitro have been investigated It was established that the presence of the crystalline component in the composite led to stabilization of pH that did not exceed 6.6.
