Abstract

The article deals with a brief overview of the current state of powder metallurgy on the basis of submissions to the annual World Congress on Powder Metallurgy in May 2014 (Orlando, USA). It is noted that the powder metallurgy in all regions of the world slowly recovers lost during the economic crisis level. The features of the industry in various regions and possible extension of the use of powder metallurgy products by improving their properties and complexity of construction. Demonstrated the latest achievements of powder metallurgy on exampls the works awarded by International Federation of powder metallurgy MPIF.
