Abstract

Elasticity problem of imperfect (blunted by the sphere) conical indenter contact with two-walled sample half-space is researched. The surface of blunt cone is assumped to be smooth. Analisys of layer (surface) thickness influence on contact problem solvation is performed, in particular on functional dependence "the squeezing force - the convergence of contacting bodies", which is fundamental in composite covering-substrate elastic nanoindentation research methods. Analisys of conical indenter "blunting" influence on this dependence, and on distribution of contact pressure under indenter is performed.
