Abstract

The possibility of obtaining by active brazing in a vacuum and pressure welding the metal-ceramic adhesive-mechanical joints capable of operating at elevated temperatures with concurrent torsion loading in different environments (vacuum, reducing, oxidizing) is investigated. Such compounds are a combination of mechanical interlocking of ceramic with metal parts with simultaneous brazing by metallic adhesion solder or by welding pressure using the metallic plastic gasket. Designs of different variants of such compounds are developed and prototypes of such compounds manufactured and tested.
