Синтез та характеристика склокераміки на основі гідроксоапатиту
Анотація
The porous glass-ceramic specimens were prepared with using bone hydroxyapatite (BHA) and Si-Na-B glass by two-stage sintering at T1 ≤ 1100 °С and T2 = 800 °С. Various rates of heating (12 and 73 °/min) were used for the primary sintering. The XRD, IR-transmission and UV-reflection spectra results evidence the existence of crystalline phase of BHA and an amorphous glass phase in obtained composites. The porosity of the composites increases from 22,7 to 27,3% (vol.) with increasing BHA in their composition from 51,29 to 64,54% (wt.). The compression and bending strengths of obtained materials reach 205 and 40 MPa, accordingly, and depend on the mass relationship of crystalline and amorphous phases. The study in vitro of composite established a certain effect of their strengthening within the first 5 days soaking.
