Abstract

Thermokinetic model of the reacting interaction in peritectic system based on a syner-gistic approach, taking into account the temperature dependence of the equilibrium concentration of the refractory component in the liquid phase near the temperature of decomposition and crystallization of the synthesized compounds was proposed. Quite rapid movement of a nonequilibrium system to a steady state in a wide range of control parameters was ascertained by a computer experiment, which allows to define the process parameters of safe synthesis of the compound.
